Our pricing reflects many of the cost associated with providing ON DEMAND products: including merchant fees for credit card processing, website setup/hosting, graphic design, packaging, distribution and customer service, etc.. keep in mind that this level of service does not require the club to advance money, stock inventory, meeting minimum quantity, paying setup charges, collecting money etc. the risks resides with us. The current pricing on the site includes an average of 15% fundraiser for the team booster. See list below
· Delivery time for products varies but generally within 3 weeks as it is included in every product description and explicitly outlines shipping timeframe.
· Returns and exchanges must be reported to our office within 10 working days of merchandise receipt. Returns cannot be made after 30 days of the invoice date. All returns for plain merchandise must be clearly marked with an authorization number or label obtained from our office. All returns for customized merchandise must be clearly marked “monogram” When requesting an authorization label, the following information is required: Reason for return, Invoice #, Style #, Color, Size/Quantity. An authorization label will then be sent to you to prepare the merchandise for return shipment. We reserve the right to repair, replace or issue credit for any merchandise returned. A 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will be charged for merchandise returned that is either not damaged or the damage is determined not to be our fault. All worn garments must be properly laundered prior to return or they will not be accepted.
While we don’t charge for all the upfront design and setup, we do require the club and constituents be active in marketing the online webstore to make it successful. Detail financial summary and revenue share pmt are provided quarterly. Net count will include all returns and refunds. During peak season (September – January) we will provide you with one report and payment (this is necessary due to the volume of potential returns and exchanges during that period). Mindful that webstore will be open year round to your members without any time or quantity limits.
Holiday shopping deadline: while the webstore is open all year round, we do have to set some timelines for the holidays. Those who wish to receive their order in time for Christmas must have the orders in by November 15th .
Registration for the 2017/2018 season opens on October 1st!
